We are fully committed and equipped to offer the highest quality, safest classes with the best equipment and tools.

Our Focus: We focus on you. Our goal is to meet and hopefully exceed your expectations.

Will I get hit if I take boxing or kickboxing classes?

NO.  Bag classes include punching and/or kicking on bags or training pads only.  These are not sparring classes (no person to person contact).

Do you offer non-bag classes?

Yes.  Try our Burn It! 30, Core Strength and Stretch, The Quickie, Zumba, or Boot Camp classes. Or develop your own program with a personal trainer.

What’s the difference between boxing and kickboxing conditioning classes? Kickboxing classes include punching, kicking and other mixed martial arts strikes and kicks.  Boxing conditioning focuses on boxing techniques and does not include kicking.

Do women fit in?

Absolutely!  Our male and female instructors create a fun, safe and non-threatening environment for men and women alike.  Currently all our programs are a mix of men and women.

Why a boxing or kickboxing conditioning workout?

Research the best ways to get into shape and boxing conditioning and/or Kickbox conditioning will be at the top of the list. This type of training  involves a full body workout that includes intense cardiovascular exercise, while developing endurance, balance, speed, agility and hand-eye coordination.  Plus, you wont get bored! Class formats always change so each time its new, challenging and you feel great!

What do I need to participate in class?

For your first class, just show up  in comfortable workout clothes with good fitness shoes and a positive attitude.  Hydration is very important when participating in all classes, therefore we recommend bringing a bottle of water  as well.  You will be sweating! If you continue to participate in boxing classes  you will want to invest in hand wraps and boxing bag gloves.  We can help you with the correct equipment.

What does Squared Circle mean?

Squared circle is another name for a boxing ring.  It is also defined as the fighting area for participants in a combat sport.  Originally, these sports took place in a circle.  When support ropes were added to clearly identify the border, the rings were made square or rectangular in shape.
