We developed our classes with everyone in mind. Classes are filled with men and women, and regardless of  age, fitness or skill level, you fit in!  They are designed to improve overall fitness, strength, speed, endurance, balance and agility and to burn significant calories. We guarantee our classes will relieve stress and help you feel empowered and healthy.

Abs Only: Give your abs and core an intense but quick workout in this 15 minute class!

ATAC (AcademyTactics & Conditioning): ATAC is a unique fitness class that incorporates police training techniques, a variety of mixed martial arts and street fighting moves. This class will challenge you physically  and teach you basic self-defense and offense strategies.  Various methods of training are implemented using our hanging bags, focus mitts, kick pads and more.  Prepare to sweat while you learn.  A must try class!   

Boxing Conditioning:  In this one-hour heavy bag boxing conditioning class you will  learn proper execution of punching combinations that include jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, body shots, as well as defensive boxing moves. In addition, plyometric, strength and cardio interval exercises are injected making this a calorie-incinerating workout.

Kickboxing Conditioning:  Also using our hanging bags, this one hour class combines boxing combinations with  kickboxing and mixed martial arts strikes and kicks.  Another ultra calorie burn, full body workout that will leave you feeling exhilarated.

Core Strength & Stretch:  A key element to total fitness is core strength and flexibility. This 45 minute class focuses on overall flexibility and strengthening core muscles, including muscles that support the spine (abdominal and back muscles). Goals are to improve or maintain core body strength, muscle awareness, balance and flexibility.

Boot Camp:  These classes are non-bag classes.  This one hour, high energy class incorporates plyometric, core stabilizing, and resistance exercises along with fat-burning cardio exercises to melt away fat and burn calories. The focus is to challenge your body  using various  exercises that develop muscular and cardio strength and endurance,  improve agility and speed and increase flexibility and balance.

Focus Mitt/ Kick Pad Classes: Using various styles of martial arts, including kickboxing and Jeet Kune Do, you will develop hand strike and kick technique using focus mitts and kick pads. A focus mitt is a padded target attached to a glove and used in training for boxers and mixed martial artists.  The instructor will take you through punching, striking and kicking combinations, as well as defensive moves.  Attention will be paid to maintaining proper body mechanics so that you may progress in skill, speed, strength and power.  You will sweat, have fun and learn exciting mixed martial arts in this unique class!

Burn It! 30:  These classes are non-bag classes.  Burn calories by combining resistance training and cardio exercises in 30 minutes flat! Give us 30 minutes and we will give you results. 

The Quickie Workout: This 25-30 minute class is "instructor choice" . This class is designed to give you an overall full body workout in 30 minutes or less. The structure of this class will vary each week and will provide a quick, high quality workout for those who don't have a lot of time. No more excuses!

Zumba with Audra: Zumba classes combine international music with specific Latin based dance moves to allow for weight loss, toning, building of confidence and fun!  Each class uses the principles of fitness interval training and contains both slow and fast rhythms. All levels are welcome!

Personal Training:  One-to-one or buddy training with a partner. Train with a partner for encouragement AND for a reduced price.  Our personal training programs all include a free health assessment and  a customized training plan that works for you.

Individual Fitness Assessment: Not ready for personal training but interested in a baseline of your fitness level? Fitness testing, or assessments, includes a series of measurements that help determine the health status and physical fitness of an individual. Our personal trainers will spend one hour assessing your current fitness level. Following the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) guidelines, we will assess your cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility levels, as well as determine body fat percentages.
